Pink and purple Happy Birthday hat for Natalie!

I enjoy making birthday hats but this one is very cute for a little girl, Natalie for her 3rd bday.
Natalie is one of Mason's classmate from preschool. She is one of the cutest and most adorable girl i know. I came to drop off Mason one day and she opened her arms and gave me the most wonderful bear hug ever! That made my day and it was quite memorable. So here we go! Happy birthday Natalie!
