A birthday to celebrate. A little boy, Julian loves Donald Duck and his parents asked me to make a balloon Donald Duck for him on his 2nd birthday. He didn't want to let go of the balloon and his mom told me he continued to play with it even after the party ended. A big thank-you his mom, Prachee for her raving Yelp review.
